INC4 Ottawa was the fourth UN convention to discuss a global treaty to restrict plastic pollution, with international regulations aimed at promoting the wellbeing of people and the environment in the face of a major threat to human health and ecosystems. Event Rap artists Baba Brinkman and Dizzy Senze were on site performing rap up recaps and freestyles at the various conference sessions.
