The most lit sales training meeting ever?!

The L’Oréal Derm team was planning their annual sales training conference and needed a team anthem performed live to kick off the event, a theme song for the core concept uniting the Derm team for 2025: “Believe”.

Event Rap artist Mega Ran worked with L’Oréal Derm leadership and event producers CPG Agency to craft the “Believe Anthem” with upbeat, funny lyrics inspired by L’Oréal’s training materials and a catchy sing-along chorus, and premiered the song live for 500 sales reps to kick off the day, bringing them all to their feet with their hands in the air, energized for the activities and workshops to come.
