Evergreen Real Estate Group wanted an upbeat company anthem to premiere at their company outing, capturing the mission of the company and their core values in a memorable, high-energy rap song and video.

Founded and led by Jeff and Steve Rappin (real name!), Evergreen is a perfect fit to have their organization’s mission and culture distilled into a rappin’ flow.

Event Rap artist and Canadian hip-hop legend Abdominal took a deep dive into the DNA of the organization and created “One Evergreen”, the definitive rap guide to a thriving and value-driven company, dedicated to transforming communities and improving lives.

The video was live-streamed for 400 Evergreen employees at the company outing in June 2025, combining fun and a sense of humor with deep learning and pride in their organization and team vision.
